Client Waiver Agreement

LandingEase Service Waiver Agreement
Effective Date: 08/01/2025

By submitting a booking or request form on our website, you ("Client") acknowledge and agree to the terms of this legally binding Waiver of Liability (“Agreement”) between you and LandingEase LLC.

1. Acknowledgment of Services

You understand that LandingEase:

  • Is not a transportation or housing provider itself, but works with third-party vendors

  • Offers logistical and onboarding support, but cannot guarantee personal satisfaction with third-party providers

2. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily accept all risks associated with:

  • Travel-related delays or disruptions

  • Housing discomfort, miscommunication, or provider issues

  • Injury or property damage during service use

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge LandingEase and its partners from any liability, including:

  • Injuries, delays, or losses

  • Property damage

  • Immigration/visa issues

  • Service errors or third-party misconduct

4. Medical Emergencies

In an emergency, LandingEase may act in good faith to:

  • Contact medical professionals

  • Notify emergency contacts
    You agree not to hold us liable for outcomes resulting from such actions.

5. Payment and Refund Acknowledgement

  • You agree to pay in full for services booked

  • You understand the cancellation and refund terms

  • Disputes with vendors must be settled directly unless otherwise specified

6. Consent to Use of Information

You grant LandingEase permission to:

  • Store your contact and travel data for service fulfillment

  • Share necessary data (e.g., name, arrival time) with vendors under confidentiality

7. Legal Capacity

By submitting the booking:

  • You confirm you are 18+ years old

  • You understand and agree to this waiver in full

8. Enforceability

If any clause of this Agreement is held unenforceable, all remaining clauses remain in effect.

9. Signature

By checking “I Agree” during booking or by submitting a form, you provide your electronic signature, which carries the same force as a physical signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act.
