3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through official LandingEase channels

Full payment is required before service is rendered unless stated otherwise

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent

Any additional fees (e.g., tolls, housing deposits) will be communicated transparently
4. Cancellations and Refunds

24+ hours before service: Full refund, minus processing fees

Less than 24 hours or No-Show: Non-refundable

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days, subject to third-party gateway timelines
5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal and travel information

Communicate any changes at least 24 hours in advance

Behave respectfully toward staff, partners, and hosts

Comply with local laws and landlord/driver rules
6. Limitation of Liability
LandingEase is not responsible for:

Delays due to traffic, weather, or external factors

Damages, losses, or injury due to third-party service providers

Visa/immigration issues outside of our control

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LandingEase, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:
